Indonesian ambassador to Singapore Andri Hadi and Kepri Vice Governor Surya Respationo attend Wonderful Kepri Tourism Customer Roadshow held at Furama Hotel City Centre in Singapore yesterday 26 April 2013. Kepri is short form for Kepulauan Riau (Riau Islands), the 33rd province of Indonesia.
The event was hosted by Indonesian artists Dewi Sandra and attended by Singapore travel agent companies, mass media, resort developers, investors and some professional in tourism service industry including Bertram Wong from Resort Planner and Design Consultant from Jiwa Studio Singapore.
Among the investors representative attending the Road Show are Olivier Benoist of APTIC Singapore, Tan Ann Kee of La Paz Group, Asad Siraz of Bintan International Pte. Ltd, Hendry Ng of Mozaic Hotels and Resorts Singapore which own and market Bintan Lagoon Resorts on Bintan island and Andrew Leong of Medini Singapore.
Among Singapore travel agents company including Chan World Holidays, Aspen Holidays, Discover Holidays, Getaway Tours Pte Ltd, Hahnemann Travel & Tours,
Vice Governor Surya Respationo was accompanied by senior officials from the province including Guntur Sakti, the Head of Kepulauan Riau Province Tourism Office, John Arizal, the Head Kepri Investment Promotion Office and Muramis, the Head of Kepulauan Riau Communication Office. Also present was Mugi Syahriadi, the Head of Tourism Promotion Department of Kepulauan Riau Province Tourism Office.
Aside from presentations from the Mozaic Hotel and Resorts, Bintan Agro Resort, the road show also presents traditional art performances by Awang Sambang group from Karimun Regency Kepulauan Riau.
The Wonderful Kepri Tourism Customer Road Show will also be held at New York Hotel Johor Bahru on Sunday, 28 April 2013 at 2-4pm local time.
Kepulauan Riau Tourism office appointed Anugerah Indonesia T&T as the professional conference organizer of this event.
